• Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item.  Please attach a photo of the goods and a description of the problem to help us.
• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.To start a return please contact:  m_mcloughlin@outlook.com.  If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not.  If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method.  Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund.
• NOTE We are unable to cover return postage costs except in the case of dmaged or wrong products being received.
