It has been shown that through aromatherapy using jasmine essential oil, we can significantly improve our moods. The aromas of this oil have a very uplifting effect on the mind which is something we need when dealing with stress, anxiety or depression. It can make us feel happy when we may feel at our lowest and it can potentially awaken romantic and poetic feelings. The aromas of jasmine essential oil stimulates the release of feel good hormones including serotonin which can give us a boost of energy and the feeling of being uplifted. When you need to slow down after a long day, try using jasmine essential helps calm the body down as well as the mind while making you feel more positive. Jasmine can help relieve your symptoms if you are suffering from stress, depression, anxiety, aggravation, or anger. The sedative properties of Jasmine can help us fall asleep when we are tired but can’t quite seem to get some shut eye. Inhaling jasmine can help bring about feelings of calm and relaxation- an important step to falling asleep. Once asleep, this oil helps us stay asleep allowing for uninterrupted, long, peaceful and restful sleep. When we get a better night’s sleep, we can be more productive in our work and personal lives.
